Future Ready has different meaning for every individual / parents, but we feel that any child who grows up as a happy and successful human being, is productive in whatever he/she does, and can always change / upgrade /adapt at the same pace as the pace in which the  change is taking place is future ready.

The things which were relevant and important a decade earlier, may or may not be relevant today and probably what is relevant today may be outdated 5 years from now. Hence, keeping yourself in synch with the developments and changing at the same pace is what future readiness is all about.

Today what kids are learning academically may not be relevant 10 years from now. Being only academically focussed will not help much if they are not future ready, as they will not be able to cope up with the requirements of that time, a phenomenon that is commonly seen with the youth today. As they are not up-to-date and equipped to handle changing requirements, they end up with stress and frustration of not getting what they think they deserve. Hence, it is crucial to keep oneself up to speed always.

Few things will never change, that’s what is called the Basics of Life, besides this,  everything has to evolve or change.
